Since I updated to 17.7 After Effects immediately crashes if I attempt to open ANY of the Preference Panes. I've been trying to shut off the 3D gizmo preference so I can use Comp markers properly again. You'd have to find out if someone is blocking ports. AE CC 2020 17.7 crashes when trying to open Preferences.
If it starts working then your original network is blocking you. So if you find your Google Drive is not working, try using it on something like Starbucks wifi. So maybe someone on the other network is allowing standard ports to work but if the Google Drive app uses another port, the administrator of the other network could be blocking the app. When I go to the website it would be using 80 (HTTP) or 443 (SSL). This leads me to believe there is something on the other network which is blocking the Google Drive app. What does it do It stops the websites from communicating with your Mac (even after you’ve left that site). Since we cannot reproduce the same situation as yours, the issue you encountered may be related OneDrive sync client itself, we’d suggest you click cloud icon at the right-upper concern of Mac > Help & Settings > Get Help > click Contact support and report this issue. Use the selection to disable the background sync.
Select Privacy and security > Site Settings. The only thing which seems to have changed is the network I am connecting to. Open Chrome and go to Settings (the 3-dot icon on in the top right corner). One fixable culprit is Vista's thumbnail display. I have been using it for 3 days and it has no issues at all. Unfortunately, there are many reasons Explorer hangs or crashes. I have my computer on a different network and the Google Drive is working fine.
